Thirteen people in the Netherlands have been diagnosed with an omega-3 coronavirus infection.

Only 13 visitors from South Africa have been diagnosed with the new virus.

  The United States has condemned Russia for testing a "dangerous and irresponsible" satellite missile. The United States has said Russia's experiment endangered those on board the International Space Station (ISS). During this test of a Russian missile, a Russian-owned satellite exploded and shattered. This created debris in space, forcing crews on the International Space Station to enter the capsule for security reasons. The ISS station currently has seven employees, four of whom are Americans. Two are from Russia and one is from Germany. The ISS space station orbits the Earth at an altitude of about 420 kilometers (260 miles).

  China has banned the construction of sky-scraping buildings in small towns. It is part of a series of actions being taken against buildings built just for appearance. Cities with a population of less than three million are prohibited from constructing buildings taller than 150 meters (492 feet). In cities with more than this population, it is forbidden to build more than 250 meters in height.
